2 Placing my order

2.1. How can I order?

You can order from our website: https://flex-delivery.be .

2.2. Is there a minimum order?

If you only wish to take drinks ask for a minimum of 12L of drinks or order 1 crate of 24x0.25L. You can order additional products with no minimum quantity. If you only wish to take fresh products, we ask a minimum order of 30 Euro. For certain fruits and vegetables, we ask a minimum order of 200 or 300 grams per variety.

You cannot complete your order if your products do not meet the minimum order. Beverages are delivered in the manufacturer's standard crates with the exception of beers. The beers, fever tree and Ritchie lemonade can be ordered per 4 bottles or per crate.  

2.3. Do I have to order again and again?

The first 2 or 3 orders you have to enter yourself via the website or application. From then on, we will propose a free delivery based on your average consumption. The proposal concerns only drinks, eggs and products with a long shelf life. We do not propose fruits and vegetables, bread or other fresh food, you always have to add these yourself.

About 3 days before your scheduled delivery, you will receive a text message with a link to view the contents of your shopping basket. You can easily modify your order, change your delivery date or cancel the proposal. 

Two days before delivery, the proposal is confirmed by us so that we and the dealers have enough time to prepare your order.

If you did forget to review your proposal, please contact us via email. 

At your request, we can likewise set up that you do not receive proposals.

2.5 Can I also order by phone?

If you are not familiar with the Internet, we ask that you ask a family member or friends to create an account for you on our website and have them enter orders through them on the website.

2.6 What happens if a product is out of stock?

In this case, we will try to suggest an alternative product upon delivery or over the phone.

2.7 Am I bound by membership?

No, you do not have to take out a membership. You order when you want and how often you want, without any membership obligation. We do propose a new delivery based on your consumption, which you can always change or cancel. If you do not want this, you can simply ask via email to stop receiving these proposals.  

2.8 How far in advance should I order?

For delivery on Monday: Order by Sunday18h 
For delivery on Tuesday: Order by Monday 2pm 
For delivery on Wednesday: Order by Tuesday 2pm 
For delivery on Thursday: Order by Wednesday 2pm 
For delivery on Friday: Order by Thursday 2pm
For delivery on Saturday: Order by Thursday 2 p.m.



3 Delivery

3.1 Where does Flex-Delivery deliver?

Flex-Delivery has been well established in the grape region for several years. As of now, we have expanded our delivery region. The map below shows in which municipalities we can deliver.   

Do you live on the border of one of these municipalities? Send us an email with your address and we will inform you as soon as possible whether we can also come to you!

3.2 When will Flex-Delivery deliver my order to my home?

You can be delivered from Monday to Saturday. Beverage deliveries happen between 06:30 - 20:00 and you do not have to be at home. We deliver around the house or in the apartment hall. You place the empties outside the night before and they are immediately deducted. 


3.3 How will my order be delivered to my home?

We work with electric vans to deliver the products to your home. You place the empties outside the night before and they are picked up with the delivery.


3.5 How much deposit should I pay for empties??

When you order through the website, empties are added directly to your shopping cart. The empties are recorded by the manufacturers of the products. Upon your beverage delivery, the empties are collected and immediately deducted from your invoice.


3.6 How can I recover my deposit for the empties?

Upon your beverage delivery, the empties will be collected and immediately deducted from your bill.  

If you no longer wish to use our services, please send us an email. We will pick up the empties once at your home. We ask 3 Euro for this emptying. We will then transfer the deposit back to your account.

3.7 Should I be home at the time of delivery?

You do not have to be home when we deliver. The beverage products are delivered to a secure location around the home or in the apartment entrance hall. We do not ring your doorbell when we deliver the beverages. You can specify your desired location around the home where we can deliver the products. There you will also need to prepare the empties the night before delivery.


3.8 What if something is wrong with my order?

We make every effort to take care of your order to perfection. If an error does occur, please contact us via email: [email protected]. We will do everything we can to correct the mistake as soon as possible.



4 Payment

4.1 When should I pay?

You do not need to pay a deposit in advance on the website. You pay by bank transfer within 7 days of your order being delivered to your home. For large orders, we may ask for an advance payment.

Your invoice will be sent to you via email the day of delivery. The invoice contains a detailed summary of your delivery, your delivered empties and the collected empties.


After you receive the email, you can also access the invoices in your account by logging into the website.

For non-payment within the 7 days, we charge additional fees for sending the reminder letters by mail.

4.2 Can I pay with cash?

Unfortunately, we do not accept cash.

4.3 How much does home delivery cost?

We ask a contribution of 3 Euro for the organization of your delivery.

4.4 The amount of my internet order does not match the amount on my invoice. How does this?

If you return empties on the day of delivery, they will be immediately deducted from your invoice, therefore the amount may differ between order and amount after delivery.
